Healthwatch Barking and Dagenham, an independent body which scrutinises local care services, has been conducting an investigation into the borough’s GP services.The project is looking to understand the barriers people face in accessing GP services, and the organisation is now looking for people to attend focus groups to share their views.In an online survey that’s already launched, users brought up waiting times, and a frustration that’s shared with GPs about people not turning up to appointments.
