Tom Brady, the legendary quarterback who established himself over more than two decades as the NFL's most prolific winner and arguably its greatest player, announced Wednesday that he is retiring. This time, he said, he will not change his mind. "I'll get to the point right away: I'm retiring, for good," Brady said in a 53-second video posted to social media. "I know the process was a pretty big deal last time. So when I woke up this morning, I figured I'd just press record and let you guys know first. So I won't be long-winded. Harris County Commissioners passed an ordinance to implement a toll road discount at a count commissioner court meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 31, in a unanimous 5-0 vote. The 10 percent toll road deduction will start on Sept. 4. The new policy applies only to two-axle passenger vehicles, meaning four-axle trailer trucks are omitted. Two passenger vehicles make up 95 percent of EZTag users. The policy aims to make EZTags accessible, and will include eight free tags per household. Previously tags were $15 each. Harris County is home to four main tollways: Hardy Toll Road, Katy Managed Lanes on Interstate 10, Sam Houston Tollway  and Westpark Tollways. According to Precinct 3 Commissioner Tom Ramsey, the county has collected over $894 million in tolls over the past 10 years and is happy to give customers a break. Hulu announced Tuesday that it has ordered a reboot of the iconic series' from its original creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, who will serve as executive producers during its return, along with showrunner Saladin Patterson. Fans will also be thrilled to know that the endlessly quotable series is bringing back the original voice actors who brought the show's characters to life for 13 seasons and more 250 episodes on FOX between 1997 and 2010.
