The pizza chain launched a new thin crust pepperoni pizza on Monday that will be available only for a limited time. It's priced at $6 and available as a Hot-N-Ready item from 4-8 p.m. Little Caesars describes the pizza as having ”a crispy, flaky, thin crust" and touts that it has a good amount of pepperoni and cheese. The cheese is their proprietary mix of mozzarella and Muenster. The showstopper? The 102 giant windows in the shape of pizza slices that would be installed on all nine floors facing Woodward Avenue. “This facade will be the first of its kind in the world," Ilitch told reporters at the time, with the Free Press reporting that the construction would be finished and HQ opened this summer. But it's now almost November and for anyone driving past the HQ, one thing is clear: This building is not ready to open. The top two floors have no glass installed and have been covered with sheeting for the past six months. The 10-city U.S. tour, “Becoming: An Intimate Conversation with Michelle Obama,” features a conversation with the former first lady and moderators who are to be announced, according to a news release Wednesday. The tour kicks off in her hometown of Chicago on Nov. 13, the date of the book's release. Tickets to the Detroit date start at $29.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 21. They can be purchased online at BecomingMichelleObama.com, in person at the Little Caesars box office or by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000.
