Hennessey Unleashes Goliath 6X6 To Dominate Life As We Know It
The Silverado-based truck rips to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds anywhere it damn well pleases. Here's something we weren't expecting at all, yet in some ways we aren't totally surprised. This apocalypse-busting Chevrolet Silverado called Goliath is the latest creation from Hennessey Performance, and frankly it makes us wonder what might be in the water down in Texas. Not because it's a Silverado Trail Boss with a big lift and an extra drive axle in back, or rather, not just because of that. It also gets the typical Hennessey treatment under the hood, which means a substantial power boost over the normal Chevy truck on which it's based. Translation? This thing isn't just scary looking – it's also scary fast. Look Closer At Ford ‘Baby Bronco’ Camo For A Surprise
It’s not your usual swirls, swooshes, and dots. About a month ago our spy photographers captured Ford’s “baby Bronco” for the first time. From the outside, it looked like your ordinary prototype. Cladding and camouflage covered the SUV, but it was still easy to see its boxy proportions. Our colleagues over at Autoblog.com spotted the unique camouflage, noting it’s not your usual swirls, swooshes, and dots. 'Gone in 60 Seconds' Eleanor Mustang Fails To Sell The Eleanor Mustang that starred in the movie Gone in 60 Seconds somehow managed not to find a buyer when it went up for auction recently in Austin, Texas. The last time this car was up for sale in May 2013 it went for $1 million so it's stunning that this time it didn't sell. Tips for Building an Eleanor Mustang from ‘Gone in 60 Seconds’
Yes, you can build your own, and save yourself quite a lot of money for that sleek Eleanor look The Ford Mustang has enjoyed major acclaim on the silver screen in its five decades, capturing the hearts of audiences in Bullitt, Charlie’s Angels, Goldfinger, and newer films like War of the Worlds, Need for Speed, and I Am Legend. But in 2000 the world got another taste of ‘Stang it wouldn’t soon forget. That car was the 1967 Shelby GT500 Eleanor Mustang, hailing from the blockbuster Gone in 60 Seconds remake.
