According to the sales report, the company has managed to improve its numbers by 27 per cent last month as compared to January 2021. Toyota has registered 14,075 units of sales in February 2021, which is almost 3,000 units more in sales from the month previous to it. The latest models added to the brand entry-level offerings, the Glanza and the Urban Cruiser from the Toyota-Maruti alliance have resulted in more sales for the brand. The company had registered a total of 10,352 unit in February last year. The sales have increased by over 36 per cent on sales on a Year-on-Year basis. According to the sales report, the company has managed to register a yearly growth of 26.4 per cent in the last month in cumulative sales. Hyundai has sold 51,600 unit in the domestic market and has exported 10,200 units in the last month. This results in total sales of 61,800 unit, which is around 1700 units more as compared to last month figures. However, comparing the number from February 2020, the company has sold over 12,890 units more in February 2021. Domestic sales and exports have grown by 29 per cent and 14 per cent in the last month as compared to the same month last year. Say hello to Audi's version of the electric Porsche Macan. Keeping up with the Volkswagen Group's growing EV portfolio is turning into a full-time job. Audi hasn't even revealed the MEB-based Q4 E-Tron and Q4 Sportback E-Tron in production guise and yet it's already testing a completely different zero-emissions SUV. Our spies happened to be in the right place at the right time to capture the first batch of images with Audi's equivalent of the next-generation Porsche Macan. The prototype already appears to have all of the final body panels in place, although it's missing the lower front grille while those basic taillights are only a provisional setup used during testing. You can easily tell this is an electric vehicle not just by the lack of any visible exhaust tips, but also due to the closed-off front grille since there's no combustion engine that needs cooling. Ralf Brandstätter, CEO at Volkswagen Passenger Cars, has teased the potential ID.3 Convertible with a post on LinkedIn. While he admits Volkswagen’s “design team has already sketched out some initial ideas,” it seems that a final decision hasn’t been taken yet.
