EXCLUSIVE Roger Goodell's explanation of why Colin Kaepernick's NOT in the NFL is trash ... 'cause he's better than EVERY NFL backup QB, and some starters, so says Reggie Bush, Kaep's former 49ers teammate. Translation: Colin's wayyyyy good enough to help an organization win. So, not being signed ... it ain't about talent, or W's and L's. TMZ Sports saw Bush -- who knows good QB play (he spent 5 seasons with Drew Brees) and winning (he's got a Super Bowl ring) at Shaq's Fun House bash in Atlanta -- and asked him if Goodell was right about Kaep. Remember, earlier this week Goodell was asked about Kaepernick not being in the league ... and the commish pointed his finger at teams, saying they'd sign Colin if they thought he could help them win ball games. Nonsense according to Bush -- who was with Colin in San Francisco in 2015. "It's not true. It's just completely not true," ... Reggie told us. "There are 32 backup quarterbacks. Kaepernick is better than all 32 backup … [Read more...] about Reggie Bush Calls BS On Roger Goodell, Says Kap’s Better Than Every NFL Backup QB & Some Starters
Tom Brady swears by the far infrared technology in his pajamas and sheets. The Under Armour products are designed to help muscles recover by increasing blood flow.So when the New England Patriots quarterback mused at a Super Bowl news conference about the healing powers in his new Under Armour glove, it seemed logical to assume this was another far infrared product. But the glove remained a mystery until sources confirmed Wednesday that, indeed, it employs the same technology as the sleepwear and bedding the quarterback says he uses most nights.“Under Armour just made it for me. Manning, who watched from the sidelines as rookie Daniel Jones started against the Patriots Thursday night, led the New York football Giants to two Super Bowl titles. Lowell was MVP of the 2007 World Series, hitting .400, scoring six runs and knocking in four in the Red Sox sweep of the Rockies. In the same year, Lowell finished fifth in the regular season MVP voting. Plus, Lowell helped the Marlins to defeat the Yankees in the 2003 World Series. He won a Gold Glove. Never mind that Lowell had a so-so career. That hasn’t kept the younger of Archie’s NFL sons from generating Hall of Fame support, based on his two Super Bowl titles, so why should it stop Lowell? … [Read more...] about Giants QB Eli Manning falls far short of Hall of Fame worthiness

Ghent, New York, muscle car collectors Gary and Pat Wolfe are the proud owners of this fully restored, Galleon Gold, 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass S Holiday Coupe. “This is kind of a weird option car,” says Gary. When he bought it back in 1996 from Dwayne Neitzel in Phoenix, it was in excellent condition despite 132,000 miles on the odometer. It still had the original window sticker, build sheet, Protect-O-Plate, and owner’s manual. Gary learned that the Cutlass was sold new on May 5, 1970, through Deadwood Motor Sales in Deadwood, South Dakota, to Moorecroft, Wyoming, resident W.C. Hackney at a cost of $3,844.23.
