The last of the military-themed trucks enter production later this year. Ram is preparing to close the books on its series of Built to Serve Edition 1500 pickup trucks. Honoring the five branches of America's armed forces, the fifth and final installment will be the rarest of them all with two eye-catching colors: Spitfire and Bright White. Only 1,250 total are slated for production. As with previous offerings, the latest Built to Serve trucks feature United States flags and Built to Serve decals on the rear quarter panels. 20-inch aluminum wheels finished in gray are also exclusive to the series. Moving inside, velcro panels on the front seats allow owners to customize their truck with patches however they see fit. Refreshed Tesla Model S video reveals new touch screens, more
What else is there to learn about the refreshed Model S? Unlike most traditional automakers, Tesla doesn't reveal very much when it launches a new car. Of course, it boasts its vehicles' range and zero-to-60-mph times. It also mentions unique new features. However, in terms of all the specific details, Tesla rarely shares them all in one place. You can't simply jump on the automaker's website and get a full, in-depth spec sheet and detailed up-close images of every nook and cranny of any of its cars. For this reason, as soon as a new or updated Tesla model becomes available, people head out looking to get spy shots. Once the model is actually in owners' driveways, you can expect to see close-up videos, detailed images, etc., shared online. This really created a "Where's Waldo?" situation, which is most likely intentional on the part of Tesla. As fans continue to "leak" or share details, it creates a buzz around the product, and people yearn for more information. This has … [Read more...] about Refreshed Tesla Model S video reveals new touch screens, more
Elon Musk sees Tesla Cybertruck’s final design and shares an update
Let's hope Tesla shares some final design photos soon. Several electric trucks will be hitting the market this year and next. These include the Ford F-150 Electric , Rivian R1T , Lordstown Endurance , and the GMC Hummer EV truck . But none is talked more about than the Tesla Cybertruck . Not just because it's a Tesla, but for its controversial design . Many love it, and many hate it. One person that obviously likes it is Elon Musk. The Tesla CEO replied to a tweet made by the Tesla Owners of Silicon Valley today. It appears he had just seen the Cybertruck in the design studio and likes the final design. This isn’t surprising, but what is, is the fact that we have yet to see any pictures of the final Cybertruck design. In a tweet last year (below), Musk said we would have seen photos of it by now. It’s likely the final design will look much like the one we've already seen, but slightly smaller. Musk said the electric truck is about 3 percent smaller in a … [Read more...] about Elon Musk sees Tesla Cybertruck’s final design and shares an update
