Another hatch bites the dust. Going into its fifth generation, the all-new 2018 Hyundai Accent loses a hatchback variant, but gains a whole bunch of upgrades inside and out. The new Accent appears to take the best styling elements of its bigger brothers (the Elantra and Sonata ) while adding some of its own flair. We saw the new Accent in Canada already but now have information on the American specification. Up front, the 2018 Accent features Hyundai’s “cascading grille” flanked by new headlights with available LED accent lights. More aggressive character lines across the side of the vehicle flow nicely into the redesigned LED taillights, which are very reminiscent of the 2018 Hyundai Sonata ’s units. Although, not official yet, reports suggest that the company could be shuffling the colour options offered on the Tiago in the Indian market soon. According to a report from Rushlane, the Victory Yellow colour scheme currently on offer on the Tiago will be discontinued, along with the Tectonic Blue paint scheme. As seen from the leaked communication, the two colour schemes on the Tiago XE variant will be discontinued with immediate effect. However, for the remaining trims, the Victory Yellow paint scheme will be phased out by the end of March 2021. The new Tata Safari SUV is offered with a price tag ranging between Rs 14.69 lakh - Rs 21.45 lakh, ex-showroom (Delhi). The Safari is now the newest flagship offering in Tata Motors' product lineup in the Indian market, positioned above its five-seater Harrier sibling. Bookings for the SUV have already begun, with deliveries for the same said to begin shortly. The Tata Safari will be offered in a range of six variants: XE, XM, XT, XT+, XZ and XZ+. The SUV further comes with the option of having either a six or seven-seater configuration.
