There's a 2.0 Mazda-sourced engine under the hood. Hurtan is a Granada-based small-scale automaker, focused on building retro-looking vehicles with modern technologies. About two months ago, the Spanish company unveiled its Grand Albaycin roadster based on the Mazda MX-5 , and now there’s a new version of that car. Just like Mazda has a hardtop version of the two-seater, Hurtan is launching the Grand Albaycin Bespoke based on the MX-5 Miata RF. Logically, this means the soft-top mechanism is replaced by an automatic hardtop roof, which can be finished in a different color compared to the rest of the body for a two-tone paint scheme. Toyota booked the famed 3.47-mile Florida track for a three-day test this week , and was joined by several other WEC squads, including DragonSpeed, Jackie Chan DC Racing and Ford Chip Ganassi Racing. The first day was spent trialling new developments on the TS050 Hybrid, before an endurance test - including night running - occupied the remaining two days. All six Toyota LMP1 drivers were in attendance, including Mike Conway, who had to abort his planned appearance in the recent Rolex 24 at Daytona owing to difficulties obtaining a visa . A Toyota spokesperson reported that there was “good progress in developing Sebring set-ups and understanding the specific requirements of this track". See how the two trucks compare. We have known that Ford will slot the new Maverick below the Ranger in its lineup. However, we didn't know how much smaller it'd actually be. Thankfully, a new set of spy shots has captured the two pickups out testing together, revealing a noticeable size difference between them. The Ranger is no behemoth, though the Maverick shrinks in its presence, giving us a good idea of the Maverick's dimensions for the first time. The Maverick will ride on Ford's C2 platform, which also underpins the Bronco Sport and Escape, making its small size unsurprising. The Maverick is both narrower and shorter than the Ranger it's sitting next to in the photos. That'll translate into a smaller cabin, a smaller bed, and a shorter ride height, though the Maverick still looks plenty capable. It looks handsome in light blue. Niels van Roij Design has some new sketches showing off its Ferrari Daytona Shooting Brake Hommage project that's now underway. The idea to create a modern reinterpretation of a one-off from the 1970s. The images show the vehicle from the front, side, and rear. They're still renderings but provide a better idea of what Niels van Roij Design is building versus the earlier views of the unique machine.
