The 2021 season will be SRT’s third in the premier class, the Yamaha satellite team in its short tenure already a six-time race winner. Last year, Morbidelli won three times on his way to runner-up spot in the championship, and ended up just 13 points behind title winner Joan Mir. The company launched the Pulsar 180F BS6 model at Rs 1.08 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. The motorcycle featured an electronic fuel injection system instead of a carbureted one. That's still a long way to go, but if the SOP date is accurate, an official reveal should take place several months before. While the Renegade rides on the Small Wide 4x4 platform developed by the defunct Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), its kid brother will use underpinnings engineered by the former PSA Peugeot Citroën.
