We really hope that brown stuff is just sediment in the pipes. If your faith in humanity was recently restored, consider this a word of warning before you click play on the video above. What you're about to see isn't exactly a showcase of humanity's finest moment, and we're not just talking about the initial decision to take a 10-foot-tall rental truck into a tight parking garage. That's just the start of this two-minute melee that goes from bad, to worse, to really worse, then ends on a cliffhanger. We'll start with what we know, which admittedly isn't much but honestly, details don't matter here. There's a timestamp on the clip from April 9, and it opens with the box truck entering the garage. Right off the bat it hits the clearance warning sign, but the driver continues forward unfazed. Ceiling beams are on either side with what we later discover are water pipes crossing in front of the camera. The truck continues straight until it hits the pipes, bending them up slightly … [Read more...] about See U-Haul Driver Destroy Parking Garage In Hilariously Epic Fail

Aprilia has scored just six top six finishes in the modern MotoGP era. The latest of those came two weeks ago in Portugal, courtesy of an in-form Aleix Espargaro aboard an RS-GP that looked like a genuinely competent package for the first time. A strong Friday showing at Jerez for the Spanish Grand Prix, which Espargaro ended third fastest, teases the prospect that for the first time the Spaniard could make a legitimate challenge for the podium on Sunday. “I’m satisfied about day one, but the good thing is it looks like Aprilia and Aleix is working well everywhere we go,” Espargaro enthused when Motorsport.com asked if the Spanish GP could be ‘the big one’ for Aprilia. “So, it’s not about one single track. The track is a bit slippery, so after all first day, all riders in every single track will put more rubber down on track. I think the things may change a little bit, but why not [aim for the podium]? I feel good, so let’s see.” It’s not the first time Espargaro has … [Read more...] about Can MotoGP’s underdog spoil Yamaha’s party at Jerez?

But Kubica was almost immediately demoted by Bottas's 1m21.899s, also set on the white-walled rubber. Just after Nikita Mazepin lost the rear of his Haas accelerating out of the fast Turn 7 left, spearing off left before he reached the kerbs of the uphill Turn 8 right, Hamilton took over at the top. His 1m21.014s was also set on the hards and remained the time to beat until Verstappen set his opening fastest lap on the same compound a few minutes later – a 1m20.405s. The championship leaders continued on a lengthy opening run, but were briefly deposed at the top of the times by Fernando Alonso's 1m19.950s just past the session's 10-minute mark. Alonso's time was set on the soft tyres but didn't stay as the benchmark for long as Hamilton's hard tyre run included a faster lap a few moments … [Read more...] about Spanish GP: Bottas leads Verstappen by 0.033s in FP1
