Cadillac debuts new Ciel ('sky') concept inspired by and made for driving the California Coast. Cadillac has introduced the Ciel Concept at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. The Ciel (which means 'sky' in French) is a four-door, four-passenger convertible with a short, polished aluminum windshield. It comes with a twin-turbo 3.6 liter V6 with 425 bhp (317 kW / 431 PS) and 430 lb-ft (583 Nm) powering an all-wheel-drive system. Designed with inspiration from the beautiful California coast, the Ciel Concept features an interior finish in Italian Olive wood and rides on brushed nickel-plate, milled-billet aluminum wheels 22 inches in size. Those pesky houses are always jumping into the street. Nobody likes to see a supercar crash. In this instance, the McLaren 570S in question not only crashes, it hits a house then goes up in flames. Fortunately, the driver and passenger escaped with minor injuries, and apparently there were no injuries at the house. Unfortunately, the supercar was a complete loss, and we mean complete. The building will become part of a new apartment complex There was a weird sight in San Francisco on February 20 when a 139-year-old home rolled down the city's streets. Lots of people came out to watch the unusual sight of a giant house coming down the road. The structure is gorgeous, so it's good that the building can remain standing, even if the location is different. The process of moving the home was careful and deliberate. The team undertaking the challenge lifted the house off its foundation and onto a giant dolly. They then hauled it about seven blocks to the new location. This happened very slowly because of the necessity to deal with obstacles like parking meters, street lights, power lines, and trees. This wasn't even the only building that had to move during this undertaking. This home is going next to what is currently a mortuary, and that structure needed to be relocated about 12 feet to make room. The planning for this laborious process began in 2019.
