Cheap doesn’t have to mean uncomfortable. It’s no surprise that van life has been a hot topic for quite some time – even before the pandemic. However, it’s clear that coronavirus has changed life as we know it, leading to an even bigger boom in the go-anywhere industry. As such, the latest Tiny Home Tours video showcases a brilliantly converted mini bus. While many builds of this type are a labor of love and take ages to finish, the owner of this van – a man named Brian – only needed two weeks. Before we get into the details of his mini skoolie , this video is a great example that building these mobile living machines doesn’t always have to be expensive. Compared to some of the more extravagant builds we’ve covered, the total budget for this project was roughly $13,000. ‘Euphoria’ for Gardner after Moto2 podium breakthrough
Having narrowly missed out on the top three at the season opener in Qatar, the Aussie grabbed a well-earned second place in Argentina. While it could easily have been a first win for the second-generation rider, who led the majority of the race before losing out to Lorenzo Baldassarri in the closing stages, the SAG rider was far from disappointed with the outcome.Instead he said it was a euphoric moment when he crossed the line, the result vindicating his move from Tech 3 to the Kalex package for 2019. "It's kind of like, I'm expecting myself to be here, so I'm not surprised in myself," he said. "But also it's like... finally. "It was a feeling of euphoria when I passed the line. It's not like a massive surprise to me, from last year I knew I could do it. It's just nice to see it has paid off."Honestly, the last two years – I'm not here to bag anyone or the bike or the team – but the last two years were hard. We didn't have the latest equipment."It was a good school, it … [Read more...] about ‘Euphoria’ for Gardner after Moto2 podium breakthrough
Miller happy to see Gardner ‘stick the finger up’ to doubters
Having just missed out on a top three finish in Qatar, Gardner secured his first Moto2 podium with a second at Termas de Rio Hondo on Sunday, emerging as a somewhat unexpected title contender in the process. His efforts caught the eye of fellow Aussie Jack Miller, who himself capped off a solid Argentine GP for riders from down under with a fourth place on the Pramac Ducati in the premier class.According to Miller, Gardner's second place was a big moment for a young rider too often in the shadow of his famous father, 1987 500cc world champ Wayne Gardner. And he reckons the SAG Kalex rider made it all the better by doing it with an "old school" flair. "It's unreal. He had pace all weekend, and he looked impressive while doing it," said Miller. "I think he's definitely getting 10 out of 10 in the style points. He's bringing something old school into it, it looks really good."I'm stoked for him, especially for a first year on a decent Moto2 bike. To be instantly taking it [to the … [Read more...] about Miller happy to see Gardner ‘stick the finger up’ to doubters

Here’s What A New Nissan Xterra Might Look Like
The Xterra is rumored to make a comeback. The Nissan Xterra was a rugged SUV using the frame from the contemporary Frontier pickup, and it lasted for two generations from the 2000 model year to 2015. With the introduction of a new Frontier, this might be the right time to revive the model, and even Nissan is allegedly discussing it. With these factors in mind, here's how a revived model might look if the vehicle gets a production green light. The rendering uses the front end of the new Frontier. Compared to the old pickup, there's a much more angular, muscular appearance. Farther back, a prominent rack spans the roof. Unfortunately, this design lacks the two-tier top that's a hallmark of the first two Xterra generations. The image incorporates the angled C-pillar and floating roof from the new Pathfinder.
