Mercedes EQC Crossover No Longer Coming To US Market: Report
The EQS will be the brand’s first EV in the US. Mercedes is preparing an onslaught of new electric vehicles to hit the market over the next few years. However, they all won’t get passports to come to America. Back in October, the automaker had said that the EQC crossover, the brand’s first mass-produced electric vehicle, would arrive in the US after the EQS sedan . That’s no longer the case, as the automaker has told Autoblog that it has no plans to bring it here anytime soon. The EQC has never reached US shores, though there was a plan to bring it here. In late 2019, Mercedes announced that it had delayed the EQC’s US launch by a year . About six months later, spy photos of the second-generation EQC appeared , showing an early prototype with several changes and a new architecture underpinning the model. Toyota has launched the 86 Style Cb special edition for the Japanese domestic market (JDM) Toyota has launched the 86 Style Cb special edition for the Japanese domestic market (JDM). Previewed by the 86xstyle Cb Concept at the Tokyo Auto Salon in 2013, the model comes with a completely redesigned front end that featured a new front bumper, radiator grille, nose and oval-shaped headlights. The Style Cb (where Cb stands for Cool Beauty) is equipped with a leather steering wheel, new trim for the dashboard and a modified instrument panel. Toyota says the model also has a revised power steering, while the ride comfort has been improved. VW ID Buzz Coming To US Market In 2023
It will be launched as an upscale passenger van. It’s not a secret that Volkswagen is working on an ideological successor for the Microbus in the form of an all-electric bus. It is scheduled to be unveiled in 2022 and we now know when it will be launched in the United States. Car and Driver cites Carsten Intra, head of the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles division, who confirmed the ID Buzz will arrive in America in the 2023 calendar year as a 2024 model year. At this side of the big pond, it will be launched as a comfortable passenger van, while Europe will also get a cargo version when the ID Buzz hits the market on the Old continent in 2022.
