Three-time MotoGP world champion Jorge Lorenzo has decided to hang his racing boots, as he announced his retirement from the grand prix racing at the end of this season. Furthermore, the difficulty to adapt to the Honda RC213V further made things complicated, which meant he hasn't had a top-10 finish this season. Alfa official believes the regular model is already the best in its class. It’s a known fact by now that the 4C will be getting a refresh later this year, but the bad news is the list of updates won’t include a high-performance Quadrifoglio model like the Giulia and Stelvio have received. Why? It’s not necessary, according to Pieter Hogeveen, Director of Alfa Romeo North America. In an interview with GT Spirit, the Alfa official was asked whether the 4C will receive the four-leaf clover treatment. His answer was pretty clear: “I don’t think it needs one. In an effort to save money the company is also postponing a planned replacement for the heavy-duty Ram pickup. Contrary to recent rumors, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is not calling off plans to build the Jeep Grand Wagoneer three-row premium SUV. However, the automaker is delaying the model’s introduction and reworking the major update for Ram’s heavy-duty pickup trucks because the corporation wants to save money, Automotive News reports. FCA has reportedly put the Jeep Grand Wagoneer on hold but hasn't completely cancelled the vehicle. Instead, the automaker has decided to spread out product investments. The company plans to build the three-row SUV at the Warren Truck Assembly plant in Michigan, but the site requires an expensive conversion for putting together the unibody Grand Wagoneer instead of body-on-frame pickups, according to Automotive News. On its own, this expense wouldn’t be so bad, but FCA is already retooling two … [Read more...] about Jeep Grand Wagoneer not cancelled, but now delayed
