5 WASHINGTON - The Justice Department's decision to charge Oath Keepers with seditious conspiracy last week makes clear that prosecutors consider the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol part of an organized assault to prevent the peaceful transfer of presidential power. But so far the department does not appear to be directly investigating the person whose desperate bid to stay in office motivated the mayhem - former president Donald Trump - either for potentially inciting a riot or for what some observers see as a related pressure campaign to overturn the results of the election. A lawsuit has been filed by the Department of Labor against an auto shop in Georgia. The defendant, identified to be A OK Walker Autoworks owned by Miles Walker, allegedly failed to pay a former employee, Andreas Flaten, his final paycheck worth $915. It would have been solved by simply writing a check, but Walker decided to pull off a little stunt: pay Flaten using over 91,000 pennies, according to a report by Business Insider . According to the complaint , it was in January when Flaten contacted the Wage and Hours Division of the US Department of Labor to report the non-payment of his final paycheck by his previous employer. Walker initially didn't want to pay Flaten but later decided otherwise, but in an interesting way. Ukraine has accused Russia of "continuing to wage a hybrid war" after a massive cyberattack. KYIV: Ukraine said Sunday it had "evidence" that Russia was behind a massive cyberattack that knocked out key government websites this past week, while Microsoft warned the hack could be far worse than first thought. Tensions are at an all-time high between Ukraine and Russia, which Kyiv accuses of having massed troops on its border ahead of a possible invasion. Some analysts fear the cyberattack could be the prelude to a military attack. On Friday, Washington also accused Russia of sending saboteurs trained in explosives to stage an incident that could be the pretext to invade its pro-Western neighbour.
