The FIA has concluded its investigation into Ferrari's power unit and reached an agreement with the Scuderia heading into the 2020 season.
The governing body issued a series of Technical Directives towards the end of the 2019 campaign which appeared to correlate with a decrease in performance from the Ferrari SF90.
It led to the likes of Max Verstappen accuse the team of cheating with its power unit, something which Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto strenuously denied.
Ferrari's power unit was taken by the FIA for further scrutineering over the winter and, just as pre-season testing was coming to a close in Barcelona, a statement was released to say the investigation is now over.
The FIA nor the Ferrari will be divulging in any specifics from investigations, with the former only confirming they have 'reached a settlement' with the Prancing Horse.
A statement read: 'The FIA announces that, after thorough technical investigations, it has concluded its analysis of the operation of the Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 power unit and reached a settlement with the team.
'The specifics of the agreement will remain between the parties.
'The FIA and Scuderia Ferrari have agreed to a number of technical commitments that will improve the monitoring of all Formula 1 power units for forthcoming championship seasons as well as assist the FIA in other regulatory duties in Formula 1 and in its research activities on carbon emissions and sustainable fuels.'
