AVONDALE, Ariz. – Brett Moffitt made a three-wide pass for the lead during the final restart to steal the victory in Friday’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Lucas Oil 150 at ISM Raceway. The victory automatically earned Moffitt is a place in next Friday’s championship finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. One of his competitors during that final restart – Noah Gragson – earned the final place in the Championship 4 based on points. Moffitt lined up third for the final restart of the race with three laps left behind race leader Gragson and Grant Enfinger. Gragson spun the tires, allowing Enfinger to get a good run on him going down into turn one – which was previously turn three prior to ISM Raceway’s recent renovation. With Gragson and Enfinger battling side-by-side, Moffitt made the move low and took the leaders three-wide into the first corner. Enfinger and Gragson made slight contact as they raced, washing both up the track and allowing Moffitt to just pull clear at the exit of turn two to take the lead. Gragson tried to get close enough to make a move on Moffitt entering turn three, but he couldn’t quite get there.
